Career Counseling Training Course

Tzomet’s Career Counseling Course is delivered in an online format, where the weekly course material is available online for reading, listening, viewing & homework assignments.  Students are welcome to initiate meetings with the instructor in Tzomet’s offices in Jerusalem.

The course includes ten hours of internship, which begins with the Counselor in Training to observe five actual career counseling sessions, and then continues with the new Career Counselor conducting counseling sessions under the guidance of Tzomet's experienced professionals.

Overview of Career Counseling Process

Tzomet's Unique Automated Professional Diagnostic Tools: which include personality, professional inclinations, and other relevant factors based on Holland, MBTI and Five Factor evaluations. 

Conducting an Effective Job Search

Knowledge of the range of professions in the market and relevant academic and non-academic training programs.

Preparing a Powerful CV to win job offers

Preparing for effective job interviews- turning opportunity into reality

Guidance in how to grow one's Career Counseling Business.

Employment Workshop

The Employment Workshop is designed to give job seekers the tools needed to find employment and build sustainable long term career plans.  Special focus is placed on strategies for job seekers with additional roadblocks to employment such as Olim, Avrechim and mothers. The Workshop includes practical exercises and a professional resume review consultation upon completion of the lessons.
